Message	1. Narrow streets filled with people - all who believe they have the right of way 2. Potholes and cobblestone streets that eat wheels 3. Constant construction with no end in sight 4. Hosre drawn carriages carrying people around historic areas while the tour guides give out historically incorrect information :) Maybe not the worst, but I've got my complaints.
